Parcels will be sent out by Royal mail standard. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days from dispatch of order,however, we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

Returns / Exchange policy

We hope that you are happy with your goods, but, if for whatever reason you are not, then you may send them back for an exchange or full return excluding the shipping charge.

Goods must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Please return using the original packaging supplied.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange on customer damaged items (your statutory rights are not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage on unwanted goods; please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us
