We hope that you are happy with your goods, but, if for whatever reason you are not, then you may send them back for an exchange or full return excluding the shipping charge.
Goods must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Please return using the original packaging supplied.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange on customer damaged items (your statutory rights are not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage on unwanted goods; please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Important notes on Made to order/bespoke
Please note all bespoke and made to Order pieces will not be eligible for refunds. However exchanges might be acceptable due to the nature of the design.credit notes will be offered if exchanges are not taken.
