Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working days from the date of your order being placed. Your garment will be wrapped in our tissue paper and presented in a IMAAN COLLECTIONS gift box with compliments from IMAAN COLLECTIONS Parcels will be sent out via Royal Mail recorderd signed for-which normally takes 2-5 working days- However if you wish to opt for next day deliveries then please arrange with us by ringing us or emailing us and we will make the necessary arrangements-(next day delivery applies for orders placed before 2pm) we will do our best to fullfil your order request as swiftly as possible Imaan collections will not be responsible for the delivery times.Delivery times are provided by the carrier. Excluding weekends and bank holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods In the event of a attempted delivery you are given 5 days(inclusive) to pick up the parcel from your local royal mail depot if however you fail to pickup the parcel within that time frame- it will be redelivered back to our adress - you will then be liable for a repeat charge of the posting costs for the redelivery of the parcel. However please note no refunds will be given (your statutory rights are not affected)on the basis once an attempted delivery has been made(which will be tracked and noted and a card will be left at the delivery adress)and thereafter the parcel should go missing(after the 5 day pickup deadline) we will not take any responsibility or liability of that missing parcel. |
