Q. can i find these designs on the high st?
A. No, you can only buy garments from the Imaan Collections online boutique – although never say never!
Q. Are any of these items available in other sizes?
A. The garments are only available in the sizes listed;
Sizes ranging from UK size 8-18.
We hope to introduce other lengths and sizes in the coming future, providing there is a high demand. Therefore your feedback is crucial and very much appreciated.
Q. I don't want to give my credit card details on-line, can I pay another way?
A. Yes, although we are entirely confident that the online payment section is a really safe and secure way to pay for your order. We can also accept your card details over the phone if you are not happy to pay online.
Payment by cheque or postal order is also acceptable. However you will need to contact us by email or telephone to place your order.
Q. Can you deliver outside the UK?
A. YES we are finally open worldwide now
Q. Can I return my garment if I don't like it?
A. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, then you may send it back for an exchange or refund excluding the shipping charge. As long as it is in the same condition with the tags and labels still attached to the garment as it was when purchased and unworn within 7 days after delivery.
